Key Election and Annual General Meeting (AGM) Dates:
Nominations for directors will close on Friday 3 October 2025
Voting will open on Thursday 9 October 2025 and travel around
Voting will close at 11.00 am, Thursday 13 November 2025
The New Board will be announced at the Mimal AGM on the 13 Nov 2025, at the Mimal ranger base

Members
Mimal exists for our members and we are also working for all traditional owners, for all clans and for all the people who live at local communities and outstations.
That is why listening to and talking with all people is at the centre of how we operate. To be a member, people can register their interest and work with staff to process their application and submit to our board for assessment. People need to be connected to one or more of the approved clan and estates. As well as connections to father’s country, affiliations through mothers, mother’s mothers, mother’s mother’s mothers andfather’s mothers are recognised. The board of directors may choose to accept other kinds of affiliation.
