Board Members

Our members control Mimal Land Management through the election of a board of nine directors. The board acts on behalf of members.

The board provides guidance and oversight of all our work, ensures Mimal’s vision is being followed and that policy and procedures are being implemented. It also has oversight of Mimal’s financial and legal responsibilities. We are focused on building our knowledge and skills of governance - running a company the right way. Good governance under a strong, confident and informed board is critical to success. Underneath all of this, we aim to keep the support and direction from landowners strong and always listen to their feedback.
