• Training Manager

    As BBU’s Training Manager, you will lead all training and development activities across ranger programs and the SEE First Nations Language Literacy Numeracy and Digital skills (LLND) program. You’ll coordinate accredited and nonaccredited training, manage staff, supervise remote delivery, and ensure learning is fit for purpose for bilingual and low English literacy learners.

    𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full time, ongoing role

    𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: $120,000 plus 12.5% super + salary sacrifice

    𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀: 6 weeks annual leave + additional leave for cultural obligations, travel, accommodation and meal costs covered for remote trips, vehicle provided for remote travel, make a real impact by supporting learners across local communities plus be fulfilled contributing to Aboriginal-led education

  • Training & Development Officer (SEE First Nations, LLND)

    The SEE Training & Development Officer will work closely with the SEE Program Coordinator, Bidwern Butj Uni, SEE Project teams, and project partners to deliver impactful training across Mimal and Warddeken Land Management. This role focuses on scheduling, delivering, and evaluating Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital Skills training to support participants' personal and professional growth.
