We’re searching for a Base Coordinator to play a pivotal role responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and operational management of the Weemol Ranger Base. Acting as a key communicator and facilitator, the Base Coordinator ensures that base functions, logistics, and remote work teams operate effectively to support Mimal’s programs.

The Coordinator will provide consistent support to Coordinators to ensure they are resourced, backed and able to deliver their responsibilities effectively.

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full Time
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: $100,000 - $110,000 p.a. +12.5% super
𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀: Ongoing role, 6 weeks Annual Leave + leave loading of 17.5%, & accommodation provided
